We require a minimum of 2 nights during off season periods (October  through April), Minium of 3 nights during Holiday Perios, and 7 nights during peak Summer seasons (June thorugh September) Exceptions may apply for last-minute bookings.

Yes! AlWe do provide a courtesy sample supply of  hand  soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a starter supply of paper products. We want you to arrive and relax immediately.

because we are exempt from all Sales and Hospitality Taxes that can amount to up to 20% of th lodging, linens and towels must be exclded from the intial reservation. Bed and bath Bundles are available for an addiotnal

This Home has a private driveway that can accommodate a maximum of 5 standard cars.   Unfortunately, local zoningprohibits any addiotnal vehicles and prohibits all street parking in this area .

Due to limited advanace seasonal rentals, we have a no cancellation policy but offer reasonabl priced tri Canacellation Insurance through Guardain Insurance that porvides a fullrange of cancellation policies inlcuding an AnyTime Cancellation Policy.  Typical cost for suchinsurnace ranges from 6% to 11% of the lodging amount. 

This Home does not permit pets. No exceptions due to soft Hiclory wood floors that can cause serios damages from paws.

Day visitors are welcome. Overnight guests beyond the registered booking count must be pre-approved and may be subject to additional charges. Please let us know in advance.

Maximum Occupancy for overnight guests is 12 adults and 4 children. maximum totaloccupancy inlcuding day visiotrs can not exceed 20. Maximum of 5 Cars

Accidental damage happens — please just let us know as soon as possible. We have a damage waiver policy and handle incidents fairly. Intentional damage or policy violations may result in charges against the security deposit.

Ortley Beach is a 10 -minute walk away. Ortley beach has has free parking areas.— you're always steps from the water. Other beaches in the area are Lavallette beach, Seaside Heights beach, Seaside Park Beach and Island beach State Park.(recommeded)

Absolutely. ACME, Shop Rite, Walmart are both within 10 minutes.  Costco and BJs Wholesale are inthe area. The area also has a great selection of local restaurants, food trucks, and cafés. We provide a curated local guide in every property. Please view the ATTRACTIONS PAGE for list of local enterntainment, restaurants, beaches and attractions.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request from Octpber to May, subject to availability, and may incur a fee.

Yes, we supply 10 Adult beach Tags at no cost to our guest. Children under 12 and active military have free beach access.  Guests willbe reuqired to place a Credit Card Security on file to replace  for lost or misplaced tags.
